Do you rebuild or toss???

Toss it. Buy a new one. That is just too much damage to economically rebuild it. If it were just a set of bearings, a rod and a pinch I'd say go for it, but anytime you start putting the kinda parts you're talking into it you'd be better off buying a new one. IMO that is for any engine, even more expensive ones.

Ya I stripped it for parts. I have a tuned with 3 gallons on it so the parts will go with it. So I got a crank, head and carb for free so I am still ahead

If only a pinch is needed then just give it a pinch AND buy a new one so you have a training/fun/spare engine and a new one for the races
