what would you personally recommend for a guy on a budget. keep in mind i have never raced so i dont think a hot set-up will realize its full potential with a noob like me driving.

U can get away with a bt4 car from hobbywing with all the necessary electronics to make it legal for usgt all u would need is tires and a body I believe it's like 250 ready to got with speedo motor and servo and when it breaks u can use all x-ray parts.

cool, i was going to go with the sakura xi but it seems that this kit is better, do you know which xray parts are compatible? I am about to pull the trigger. any experience with hobbyking servos? or should i just buy a savox 6070? Sorry to bother you but if you have a chance, can you get me a list of recommended set up at the 250 level. i have a spare hitec 7954sh, but i feel that that servo is way overkill at 400 oz/in. i run them in my 1/8 throttle and steering.

Thanks Donnie for providing us with a fantastic facility and to the entire 360 crew who help make the program run smoothly.

The kit form of the car is 120 then u can get a justock speedo and a motor and use your servo. Then all u need is tires and body hope that helps if u get the rtr it's 250 plus u still need tires and body still and will put u close to 300

RACE NIGHT! The perfect storm - leaving work early today AND no work tomorrow, so I don't have to rush out after racing! Yeah! Maybe I can actually work on my cars after the last main. Really looking forward to tonight. See everyone later!

Looks like this Texan will be joining the 360v2 crew next Wednesday as I am in town for work! I am back racing from a 8 year onroad hiatus and am now toting my toy car around the country.

It looks like I will be running the TC Spec Class and will be racing my Xray T4'17 that is currently setup for 17.5 black carpet. Does anyone have a setup sheet I can compare my current setup with, even if you have an '18?

What time does the track open for practice? It looks like racing starts around 7ish?

Any and all help is much appreciated!

Phil Trotta is the guy you want to talk to. He has had his Xray TC working really well in the spec class there. Not sure if he's posted any setups anywhere.

You might try reaching out to Phil or the 360v2 page on Facebook as well, if you haven't already.

Enjoy your time there! It is an excellent facility, probably the best in the country
