Default Help with "Y" harness use ...

Hi guys,

I run my rc cars with 3PDF TX and RF133F Futaba receivers ... and i need to install a failsafe unit (ofna one) to one of my cars, but it have already installed the battery, steering and throttle channels and a transponder ... so i dont have extra channels free ... where do i have to install the Y harness in order to operate the failsafe and dont interfere with the rest of the controls ?

thanks ...

Pat

I don't use them but I think you want to unplug the throttle servo, plug the failsafe into that spot then plug the throttle servo into the failsafe. You don't want the "Y" harness

Default In line?

I run failsafes on my throttle servo - they are plugged in-line between the receiver and the servo, so you plug the servo male into the failsafe female and the failsafe male into the receiver where the servo plug went.

Don't believe ya need a Y harness.
