Track has to make money. This is the only way tracks can stay around. It does not bother me. 150 is small change in RC.

I'll pay the money gladly but just one warning. I have never had to pay these kinds of fees before and been to some pretty darn good races so for this much money, it had better be the BEST Nats ever. Do that and I will have no complaints

So we just had the Byron's Challenge in Joliet, IL. For $50 you get a day of practice, two days of racing, indoor A/C pit space, power, and a t-shirt.

$20 for a day of practice is rediculous to say the least.

I'm with D-man, I can stay home those extra days or all together.

Alot of people are coming from out of town (plane tickets,Hotal, rental cars ) And the track is going to hit people with these's fees too. The people who keep them going. YOU TELL ME.

Very little that is giving for free is appreciated. The cost is not bad. We need our tracks to stay alive. Off road guys don't cry like this over small things. This is one of the reason on road in dying. IMO

Really man? Did you pay an extra $20 a day to practice at 301? I know it's not an extra $20 a day to go early for a race at BD. I raced in Kissimmee two years ago, wasn't anything extra to show up a day early. You're right, this is why onroad is dying...people trying to take advantage of the racers. We already have less people racing onroad because they lost their jobs, had their hours cut, cost of gas, etc. now we have to pay extra for practice? That's rediculous, my opinion.
