you have your opinion, thats fine, but its not a good start to say it looks like a 2 buck car. that opinion would have been better served not said out aloud.
the biggest issue is that people spend alot of money on them, and time and effort to race them, then you say that. what kind of response did you really expect in return ? as i said, Good luck with finding your car, and any local support for it.

From what i can gather there is no local surport from any shop whe it comes to gp on road now days in perth i guess we have to make our own surport.

i havent ruled the 733 out just saying what i felt i needed to say if i upset any one im sorry however its the 733 or the nt1 for me so we will see how it goes

it will come to wich one is more resilliant(spelling) to breaking

well in bunbury, if you hit the pipes hard enough , i think just about any of the cars will break. The NT1 is definately strong, but again, i never had issues with the 733 down in Bunbury. i think i failed to finish a Final maybe once with it on a club day. so in nearly 2 years, i think that speaks for itself about the cars performance, and its durability. but i didnt crash very often to give any chance for the car to break. so depends on the driver also.

i took just about everything with me, as there were other 733 drivers as well. so you could have said i was the local support for the Serpent products.
i had so many spares, but rarely i used any. for starters, i would carry a couple of upper and lower bumpers. and a set of M Arms, and a couple of sets of Orange belts. these belts handle the track better than the low friction ones. and use the 5mm wide rear belt.

8th scale is dead , guys have moved on, some still have cars, but mainly the perth guys who dont come down anymore, that is why im focusing on EP locally this year. specially with the release of the S411 soon.

See photo of how I have wired my Life 6.6v. Your right, the wire is too short, I just purchased a $2 extension to make charging and balancing easier.

i only ever balanced charged mine maybe once every couple of months, or before a big event. there is not much demand on the battery, so i found normal charging through the power lead was more than good enough . i got a switch with a charging lead on it, and poked it out the side.

interesting many different ways, I have the balance lead sitting under the fuel tank so I just unclip the tank lift the front of it and whammo connect in seconds so only charging thru balance connecter.

Cheers

hobbyking has balancing extensions of all kind!, and terrific prices!
ive got there the extension for the life 2s and also extension for the 4s used on the starter box! so i do not need to take it out in order to balance it! balance is a must if you want to keep them on top performance
