That is not an Mugen Seiki MSX3. I believe the first response by Kyosho Player was correct. Those two cars were very similar

Note the difference in the rear shock tower. The mugen rear shock tower was prone to easily break, even in a front-end crashes. I know this first hand.

no its actually a prime 12 with a tc3 engine in it. the chassis shape and gold color are exactly the same
