Because local Mugen importer did not pay monthly support money to that track, so that track charge twice the price for admission compared to those brands (Including Kyosho and Serpent) that pays monthly support.....

We only have one track that could run 1/8...

That's the first I've heard of such a policy. How much extra dollar wise do you have to pay per race day if the importer hasn't paid the extortion fee? (Which would probably answer the question of whether it has the ability to influence racers when it comes to choosing a particular car)
