No slop in the rear axle seats here. Plus those plastic inserts are way too small or the rear axle and it would defeat the purpose of the aluminum bearing eccenters in the rear. Its not even listed on the website yet.

I belive the inserts would be for the small bearings for the roll bar and two speed

I see the inserts for the rollbar, I get that, but what about the bigger inserts?

I'm trying to figure out the wierd mounting bosses on the back of each bulkhead. Also looks like the jackshaft is moved lower compared to current design.

Fairly sure the bosses provide a substantially more convenient way to tie the layshaft bulkheads and the rear bulkheads together, the inserts are for the sway bar area where wear occurs and the layshaft to provide some compliance in the alignment, although on my 966 can't see how it could be any better.

This is totally ridiculous.

I got two 966 and a 733 and on all 3 cars the rear sway bar bearings have so much play, that the sway is all but uneffective.

Now they want me to get these upgrade kits, which will probably run close to 100 bucks to fix a design flaw.

These parts should be for free....

You mean the one that was based on parts from the 966? If I remember correctly Collari used the 2spd and the front knuckles from the 966 on his M3. I used to have an M3, that thing developed so much wear that parts had to be replaced just after 3-4 races, Im glad I got rid of it. Not to metioned that it had a nasty push. Thats why around here its known as Kyoslow

Dude, why dont you stick to the kyosho m3 evo thread? Im sure they love you overthere. Really. Oh, wait, noone ever posts on that thread, hmmm... Wonder why?

FYI Im still using parts from my 960 08 in my 966, they just dont wear out.

I drove Kyosho for 3 years, for me the 966 is better car my driving shows it, lap time show it. Gone from regular C,D main driving to B mainn driving and improving every time I race. Just easier to work on. I am not saying Kyosho was bad car but for some reason this 966 fits & works better for my driving style.
