I always keep my foams in baggies, even during the week.
I use Paragon on all of them, put them in bags, and they are ready to go for the weekends.
I have heard of using Simplegreen, or even WD 40 and then bagging them

what are you running them on? (dirt or on-road)

Even iff the foam is left to be exposed, if you true them before you run them, they will be fresh..........

Now, with that said, I personally don't believe it makes much difference how old or "fresh" a tire is, as long as it is not dry-rotted
