What would you think, that xray makes and designs their own bearings?. And so what they're are been made in china, it still are the best bearings avaible, way better then the crappy serpent ones where the seal comes off in two runs.

Hey buddy 4 your info, the x-ray bearings ain`t that great either.
In my time with serpent i`ve never experienced ur discription of those serpent bearings seal coming offlike that. Btw i think they are more durable than the x-ray ones, now if u ask me if they`re smoother than the x-ray ones.. i would tell u otherwise. Btw i`ve driven both of those cars.

Orange seal serpent bearings are designed so you can remove the seal without damageing. So you can clean it and reoil. Compressed air will pop the seal out easily.

Yes i know, i have had a 720 from the day it was released.
The older purple sealed ones they were way better because they would actually seal the bearing. With the orange one's you're cleaning them after every race meeting.
I even changed my bearings between saturday practice and sunday race day. Because a lot of free roll was already gone.
With the xray i can easily do two race meetings and trainings before i have to re-oil them. To me that makes it a better bearing.

I'm not on here to argue for or against who owns what or who makes what where. However, I will say that Stefan once again proves to be an asshole of historic proportions. You come on most threads and turn it into an American bashing as you and I have already had a few words before. You criticize a country you lived in for ten years and profited from while working for BMW N.A. Get off your political high horse and let this board and its threads be about RC related issues.

By the way if America is so poor or if most people shop at wal-mart then why is America the largest global consumer of German high end vehicles?

I guess wal-mart must be paying well.

These are toys and this is a hobby. You want to make political statements then run for office.
