a fellow LD3 owner uses Yokomo grease. hard grease up front and med grease in the rear (about 100K and 30K respectively when converted to oil weight).. hmm.. just to add, do you guys think i should replace the diff screws too while in the process of removing the stock grease?

stiffer diff in front gives more stability but less steering. softer diff in rear give better traction but less stability. you need to strike the balance in between.

I can answer that one......His first love is his MTX3.....second is V1RR Evo........The LD3 was an abandoned child from a spur of moment fling whilst on hoilday!!! That's why it had to go........

All things being equal is LD3 competitive with mtx 3, r40,etc. or am I wasting my time and money with ld3 pro? Be honest please

actually, i prefer mtx3 because of the driving feel. in terms of performance, they both give me similar lap time at the same track. but this is just my personal preference over mugen.

it is purely personal preference and driving style. i prefer belt car but some one prefer shaft car to make them fast.

dont worry. try and see which one you like. i have been there and i tell myself shaft car is not for me !! but i might try FW05R later on !
