Default LiPo Tire Truer

Has anybody installed LiPos into the rubber tray in the bottom of their tire truer? I'm wondering what type of capacity it would take at 4C to make it worthwhile? I have a couple 2S 3300 packs that fit nicely. Anybody ever checked the current draw of a truer under load?

I know some guys that true they're tires from a 25 amp power supply so it can't be much more than that.

OK I'm the guinea pig then I guess. It is built with 4S 3300 and zings pretty good at 16V . I still need to add a volt monitor. Also waiting for an adapter, but then I'll have 7 new 1/8 sets to cut and will report on how the batts hold up.

Well I trued 10 sets of 1/8 tires before my LiPo warning LED started to flash low voltage under load. The only drawback is diminished rubber dust capacity in the rubber tray. Works way better on 4S voltage than on 12V!
