If you do not want to shim, move the carb till it does not hit the brake disc. I am guessing if you do that, you cannnot fully open because the other end of the throttle will hit you top deck or fuel tank right? In that case, you might want to shave parts of the top deck.
I did that when i was trying out the RB Matrix. The engine is low on CG!

When properly cared for, most cars will roll easily. I took the bearings out of my old mtx4, pulled the seals out, cleaned the grease out of the bearings, lubed them with oil, and re-installed. I also used wd-40 to soften my belts which helped alot but i've been told that armour all works better because it doesn't shorten the life of the belts. I'm going to try that this year.
After doing all that, a very experienced racer was helping me with my car and asked if I had ceramic bearings in it. I told him no and he said that he thought it rolled better than a car with ceramics.

If you don't have a lhs... Go with an online shop such as Kamikaze Hobbies and Ashford Hobbies.
Ceramics is not necessary but it is definitely a worth it upgrade......
As for motors I suggest the JP firstline or JL racing.....Just make sure you buy the matching pipe for the motors...

If you are using the utheren (bad spelling), armour all is a good fix.
