Didn't rub anywhere, the anti rollbar has about 2mm of space in every direction.

Hey DS,

Did you have to machine down the bulkhead where the red wire holders sit? Or did you just have to cut the upper bulkhead (bearing covers).

I had to machine the sides of the bulkheads where the red bushings are sitting, just did it with a dremel tool though.
Also had to cut a groove were the wire sits in and drill 2 holes with m3 thread for the wire.
The upper part of the bulkheads didn't need modification.
Also made 4 holes with m3 thread on the sides of the lower and upper bulkhead to mount two carbon brackets for stiffness.

When I really like the system and it is faster as the stock system I will have a set of bulkheads and the carbon parts machined professionally, now I did everything with a dremel tool.

To be honest the only true upgrades for the NT1 are: in no particular order:

lightweight middle shaft
lighteight front shaft
yellow clutch shoe
light weight brake disk adpater
1 degree front knuckle arms
0.7 front sway bar soft
km racing brake pads

i would of dropped the light weight brake disk adaptor bro and added the alumium clutch bell in a flash. the bell is night and day compared to the crappy steel one.

This is the clutch bell I was referring to. Works great, no problems. On my third season with it.
