Yep, using K-496. As for the pads, I am using the pads taken from the 1:1 scale car. Basically get the machine shop to cut a couple of small pieces out and then stick it to the metal disc brake pad and voila. Cheaper than APP and it has lasted me from my FW05R days

According to this document (http://www.kyosho.co.jp/web/products...r_060322-e.pdf, it's looks like it's only 3mm.
