X-ray 808 diff problem HELP!!!!!!

I just bought a used xray 808 2009 spec the front differentials are smooth but the rear are very rough

Have you taken the diff out/apart and inspected it? There are a lot of possibilities, no diff oil, worn gears, improper shimming, etc....
