It’s there rules "stock class".
Or you can just run around on a non race day.

who'd ever heard of a stock engine in a buggy class. odd. hyper engines are exactly plentiful i would think these days. my concern was that the car sat out in a barn for 2yrs and that cancer (rust) mightve set in in some places on car.
