I love my X1 CRT, but I have seen too many X2's selling used for 250 or so to buy a used X1. Too hard to sell an X1 when you wanna move up. And lets face it they would both be used, but the X2 would be used less, and newer design. The 8ightT 2.0 RTR does make sense though. They've shown what they can do just about everywhere. Depends on you budget from that point.........

Jammins are great and as tough as they come. Yes the X1 is a bet heavy but it is much easier to learn to drive and you can win with them. They are also dirt cheap. Get the X1 and get good, then when you step up to a newer platform you'll be much faster. The newer style truggies and buggies are very twichy and can be difficult to get good at driving. Better to start with the x1 plus it won't break when you crash, and you will crash. Everyone does, especialy when they start racing.
