i've had the picco and the jammin. picco was great. but i was ony racing with friends in the woods when i had it. when i started club race i was wanting alittle more power. the jammin i had nothing but problems with. doesn't mean it no good but my personal experiance i don't care for them. as for the other 2 i am now trying to decide my self which one of those i want to give a shot. if i were u i would go with either the reedy or orion. i've heard good things about them. besides the picco is discontinued. so if u have a problem there aren't any parts. i've tried. the one thing i did find was a piston and sleeve and it was almost more than the motor. hope this helps and good luck.

Alrighty, well i used towers website for the picture. horizon has it in stock but the picture does not work. For some reason tower has been dropping a lot of things latey including the evo2 motor. Ofna told me their still making it.

Damm I just bought that same Vspec II. Did you use a one piece motor mount like King headz?

I would try the Alpha. It's brand new and its based on the popular CRF design which I have seen always perform well at the track.

I had the Picco and loved everything about it except the exhaust port comes out at and angle and a normal gasket doesnt work well. The good parts were it was fast, got great mileage, and I dont recall it ever flaming out.

I think the Orion motors are somehow based on the Picco motors.

I'm going to get one of the Reedy engines when they come out and currently have the JX Ninja and love it.
