You and my first Vspec Impression
Well after Running nothing but RB WS7s, I went out and gambled on a used EB mods V-spec, my first issues was getting is started, seem to be dumping to much fuel in the motor so I lean it out some, and about 20min later it fired up, so i ran it rich for a well then started to lean on it and to my surprise that dang motor has a Ton of power well maintaining about 230 degree(i had no temp gun just used the spit test, smoke and engine sound) and the funny thing is its has a very very smooth powerband the top end is just sick(maybe because its moded my EB Mods)..I was just Running it with an ofna 086 pipe but when i get more funds ill go out an get a jp3 or OS2060 IF I can Afford it.Im very Impress so far with my first OS Vspec what a great powerband and so so smooth..

Awesome engine. One of the best .21 racing engines ever. I have yet to find an engine that will match the performance and runtime of the OS engines. I have also not found any longevety issues. 8 gallons on my v-spec and running stronger than ever.
As for pipes, go with the losi RE11. It's an os 2050 copy for $65. JP-3 is also a great pipe for it IMO. Awesome power and excellent runtime, but I would still go with the losi pipe.
