Plus 4 is supposed to have more bottom end and mid range. I'd pick it for a truggy from the two you mentioned.

I cant really give you much info because while I do have a plus 4 it has not yet been broken in, and I do not own a 21-7 fms. I was going to add a 21-7 to my collection but decided to hold off. From what I have been told from several sources the 21-7 is an absolute animal and is best suited to a truck. Let us know what you decide.

Plus 21-7 is a straight up pissed off beast of an engine. Make sure you have a Novarossi 9853 pipe or a 9901 pipe and just work your way around with either the long or short smooth flow header.

well i will also add it will be from Fusion so it will be modded by Jim...and i am running a Ninja JX .21 so i am comparing to that also.

jessie i am also on the team i have both motor i run a plus 4 in my buggy and a 21-7 in my truggy i have try the 21-7 in my buggy and i cant drive the thing it just to much motor

lol i have ran a fms in buggy for one race where i need the motor other then that it be plus 4 for here on out

i think since the plus 4 is new a good modded version will be plenty.
