Steering Servo Failure?
#16
it will do that when apart. the servo is waiting for a signal from the potenteomiter (spelling?). it's the brass thingie that the main big gear plugs onto. put the servo back together, and try it then.

if you have problems when you send it back. pm me, i use to work at horizon and still know people and can tell you who to contact. but i don't want to use my friends too much. i've been told from a friend at horizon that people are using my name when calling so i wish to keep it quite until it's absolutly nessesary.

So I have 3 servos sitting around that I thought would be sufficient for an 1/8 scale buggy, but looks like I'm wrong?
Hitec 5645MGs - 164oz torque
Futaba 9452 - 128oz torque (currently handling steering duty in my 1/10 electric buggy.
Would the Hitec's work for throttle and/or steering or do I really need something more substantial?
