Default Tool question which power driver for hexes

which hand held drill are you guys running?

Im sick of spending half my life wrenching on my hand held hexes.

Im getting a set of MIP hexes for a power tool - but I dont know which one to get.

Ive heard you want a low speed one so you dont over heat the plastic

I've been using this one for a little over a yr and have charged it only 3 times in spite of heavy use. I took my Emaxx almost completely apart to upgrade bulks, axles, centers and trans and put it back together. I switched to hexheads at the same time and couldn't be happier with the power driver. Wally World it was less than $40. Does not overheat plastic -

Here is the high end - has adjustable clutch and 2 batts - about twice the B&D -

I've been happy with teh B&D, my only complaint is my hex drivers, the hardened Ofnas I have came crooked!

I'm looking at these two, which one is better? I like the price, 40$ isn't bad but I wouldn't want to go beyond that because i'm on a budget,

Having a clutch on these means that you can torque the screws right?? Looks like the skill one doesn't have one, but thats ok because I can always hand tighted the screws.

I use the skil one you posted, great tool and the battery keeps the charge.

I never tighten all the way, that way I can hand tighten the same every time. I found the clutch ones settings to0 always be above or below what I would need.

I really mostly use it for taking screws out, quick repairs at track.

I've been using this thing for about 6 months now. Tons of features, very durable and locking mechanism prevents gears from stripping. Good warranty too. Check out the price!

I use this one, it works great and for had a great price also! Only downside was that the bits it came with were standard and not metric like I needed. Oh well....
