Well I currently run a 8/8.5 and I have enjoyed my two years with the buggy. I think the Hyper 9 looks cool but I will be switching brands in the comming year unless Hoa Boa wants to sponsor me

Looks like a sweet buggy... I run the hyper st, I wonder if they'll release a new truggy based on the 9? If so I'd run both

There is already a thread with alot of info on it. I was caught between this and the D8 and I backordered the HB buggy last week because they still put them little shocks on there but they will have threaded bodies which is a minor plus. I thought they should have just put the SBB shocks on it and I probably would have been sold. That is just like AE, I love AE and have ran all of their stuff but I think they should include their new big bores in the buggy kits. I am getting a new buggy and really wanted the AE but that stopped me. That new Supercross 8 gives their standard and big bores in their kit and I commend them for that, I even gave them a look but I am tired of running my current truggy because of parts cost and availability only. Sorry for the ramble just had to get that off my chest, I wish some companies would consider people that love the hobby and try to be competetive and arent rich.

that's not the production model, it's not a sure thing they will use 14mm shocks on the final thing, anything can change at this point.

Of all the new buggies, this one intrest me the most. I've never owned a Hoboa, but pretty sure this will be my first. I'm really only waiting to see what Mugen does. I was liking the Kyosho until they hinted at pricing...I won't spend that on a kit.

I was a BIG HOBAO RACING FAN for years, to the point that even my Ford 4x4 truck had HoBao and Hyper stickers on the windows, side panels, tailgate, my lawn tractor etc... even my mailbox had a big HoBao Racing on it, but all that fun went away with the NASA project H9 and OFNA's sorry ass customer service/support here in the US. I switched brands and I am one happy R/C racer again..

NOTE: I know that the H9 can be a good buggy, and hobao has great durable products, but here in the states OFNA needs a whole new management team, starting with Dave in order to get more Hyper buggies on the tracks..

is like boxing., you can have a good boxer with a worthless promoter/management team and you never see him nor hear from him.., but you can also have a not as good boxer with a great promoter and management team and you will see his face and all kinds of things about him all over the place.. the promoters and distributors of HoBao in Australia are doing an excellent job with Hobao products, too bad I can't say the same about OFNA here in the states...

Sorry to here you are not satified with Ofna and the techs here I don't know what we have done to you in the past to make you so angy, I know I have helped you before with a Jammin engine awhile back ago but that's all I can recall.

I dont see much with the hobao team, they do not seem to care about their drivers This seems to be OK with them
