Do you have plans for anything similiar to the 2.0 body?

Thanks!
Wow, I have seen that paint scheme before somewhere.

So are we going to see a revised "bigger/wider" Rulux 1/8 buggy wheel?

If you mean a spoked type Max-Up, you never know. We're pretty content with our options at the moment because you can easily identify each size wheel, but its something for us to consider. Thank you!

Hey Andy
I was just wondering about tire/wheel weight and the sprung/unsprung weight
ratio. Since the newer buggy chassis are getting smaller and lighter plus some
engine manufactorers are making lighter engines (filled cranks and drilled or
magnesium cooling heads). The sprung/unsprung ratio will greatly effect a
car's handling especially on rough tracks. Some race tire and wheel sets weigh over 500 grams. A light tire/wheel will also decrease the rotational mass
of the drive train which equals faster acclaration, stronger braking and
cornering. Also spoked rims seem to have alittle more flex and fling out heavy
dirt and mud. Could you list the weight of your tires and wheels. Goosebumps
tires look very light and with your spoked rims should be the hot set-up.

Thanks

Not to sound too much like a pimp...

But lighter is not always better. A too light wheel will flex, making it inconsistant. It can also break at the worst possible time. Not to mention the fact that when there is less available traction, lighter usually means harder to drive, from less induced traction (Faster spool up causing abrupt adhesion loss that is harder to stay on top of, feeling like less traction).

I don't even know if the JC wheels and tires are lighter or heavier, but I do know from experience there are different times when both can be an advantage. I have even added lead tape inside wheels to tune this in extreme cases of low traction.

Just my thoughts....

Are there any plans to make Bar Codes for 1/8 buggy? A buddy of mine let me run some he cut down from 1/10 truck to fit 1/8 wheels and let me say that they were the best tires I have ever ran in my life! I just want to say that if JConcepts makes Bar Codes for 1/8 I will buy them.

I'll see what I can do on that...but getting all of the information is going to take some effort.

Andy, I still race, just without the wallet abuse, since it's all in my head(And on VRC). LOL

I'll be out there with the Slash to see how rusty and old I am in a few weeks. Racing on a budget!

Are you still racing, it has been a while for paint?
