Default Rc8b3.1 can I use receiver box/batt box off rc8b3.2?

Question for ya'll will the rc8b3.2 receiver and batt box fit the rc8b3.1??? Need more space the rc8b3.1 is tiny.....or any other options??? TIA

I don't think it will work w/out having to drill holes in the chassis. I licks like it might work w/ the carbon servo plate though. There is this option. https://prostarrc.ecwid.com/RC8B3-Ru...Tall-p71715688

That looks like a cool option but only has one wire intake angle it looks like...So my local race site DieHard Rc I was askin around and some was saying you can fit the rc8b3.2 receiver/batt box in the rc8b3.1 but you have to cut a little bit of the side guard....now I dunno if that's the case but I might just get one and see ..

Yea. I believe they are correct. The newer chassis has an added hole for the newer box that you won't have to use.

If you go to the new chassis you have to run the new side guards.
