Sorry, but have not been on RC Tech for a week or so. I liked the DM1, but required much work to get it down in weight. Also gear boxes, will need to be rebuilt often if pushed hard. X3 / IGT8 comes in at weight, better gear boxes and probably the smoothest drive line of all GT's even the new Mugen.

The right gearing with the engine is critical with all GT's. Weight of DM1 works engines, tires, brakes and diff's the hardest.

IMO the Serpent has best part support but need additional parts to make it work. Mugen not quite right on front suspension (building one currently) but good part support and diff's make it good. IGT8, best bang for the dollar but part support has been hit or miss since OFNA quit bringing in the kits. If this gets solved, will be my car of choice.
