Is anyone using brushless for drifting. Basically if so keep it between the 27t & 19t range.

in brushless terms, keep it around 13.5 to 8.5, maybe 7.5 but that would be borderline.

Either way would work. Basically, the TB02D probably comes with the drift wheels while the TB02 doesn't. Sometimes Tamiya does some other minor changes, so I'd just check to see what you really need in terms of parts. $90 for a TB02 sounds like a good deal!

$90 for a TB02? man that is a smoking deal. You can make some drift tires on the cheap by bringing one of your tire-less wheels to home depot, and do a test fit on their ABS pipe. grab that length and you'll have enough stock to make dozens of tires.

HI everybody, im new to R/c and new to the forums. Im 14 and i just bought a TT-01 chasis that came with rx-7 body and LED lights. Ive done a poor job so far but managed to finish the chasis yet something is wrong with it. The i also bought a Futaba servo and controller for it. The steering works fine but the electronics wont stop beeping and flashing and the motor just randomely moves the car backwards just ever so slightly but i can't move the car with the throttle, does anybody know what the problem is?

If the TB02D come with all this stuff, it's a definite steal at $90!!!
