I just run the following tests:
My progbox is in version 2.03 and my ESC (TS120) is in version 2.01.
- Without any battery, just connect the ESC and launch the software:
The ESC turns on, blinks red fast, then green slow, then once the software is loading turns solid red, blinks red thrice, once green and returns to solid red while this message is displayed on the screen:
- Without any battery, just connect the ESC and launch the software with administrative priviledges:
Same as above...
- With a battery connected, ESC turned on, then connected to the USB:
The progbox is showing USB Connected to PC!, the ESC blinking green. When I launch the software, the ESC turns solid red, blinks red thrice, once green and returns to solid red while this message is displayed on the screen:
and the progbox go to non-USB mode.
More tricky...
- Launch the software first (GfUsbLink_V2.exe)
Then connect the ESC:
The ESC turns on, LED is solid red...
Click on ESC Read
The LED is solid green and back to red...
Interface display "Fail to get Data, Click "ESC Read" Button"
That's the best I can do, I think I've tried all the possible combinations... I'm using Windows 8.1 x64, I'm thinking of a problem with the USB driver. Is it digitally signed?
And obviously everything is working fine in a virtual machine with Windows 7 SP2...

I'm gonna run some tests with my TS120 and my TS160 tomorrow, so you can send me the software if you want, I can test it directly, no problem.
