Default Sprint 2 sport esc problem?

Ok my Sprint 2 is acting odd, I was driving it and then it went to half power forward and full power reverse. I am using all the stock electronics that come in the rtr-x. I am running it on NIMH that came in the box, sc 15 wp esc, firebolt 15t motor, and the stock hpi servo if that matters or helps. Any ideas would be greatly accepted.

Try resetting the esc endpoints.

Recalibrating The ESC should be in your manual.
