I've never tried the gold brush. I find Reedy 767s produce the most power...

767's here as well. F brushes are strong too, but burn up more, and 767s are cheaper. A good starting point is 767 on the + and 766 on the -.

The new Trinity XXX Lemans brushes ARE the hot ticket. I've gotten 5 more watts out of them over the 766, 767, F, ect... brushes. AND they should last 50-75 runs before they need to be replaced. I love these brushes, and will be running them in all the motors I have!!!!

Team High Velocity carries them for a great price.

Yeah Hurricane Gold brushes are the best brush in stock and 19t. More big time racers choose them then you are lead to believe.....

If you can find them the Team Paradigm Black Magics are the hands down extra power boosting brushes PERIOD....Problem they are never in stock and I just put in my last pair for sundays race... The Monster I installed it in is pulling 10.5amps at 2.0V...Rpm well more than any other that I have currently...I use the APS duno charge so for real rpm you would need a real dyno...But all I can say is I want more.

Lemans Brushes are sensitive to high humidity, They will be slightly off power when the humidity is high.

Trinity 4499's are a little hard on the comm, harder than 767's ..

Go with 767's, if you shop around you can buy them for $1 USD per pair

Hurricane Golds work really well for both oval and touring...

You can read the news section for information and results of stock and 19T Touring car and oval national championships.

Personally I prefer a comb over brushes anyway :P

Team Paradigm black magic gives you alot of HP, but like you said they are hard to get.
I also use 767's, they give plenty of HP also.
