I want to try a gear diff in the front of Mi5. Tried the rear diff but the belt rubs on the steering post. Using the twin point steering. Spec R made a diff for the front of Mi5, but I don't think it is available anymore. What options are there?

For those of you that may be interested, Schumacher is selling their current inventory of the Mi5 EVO for 50% off on their website. That's a pretty steep discount....picked up another one myself.

I still really like this car and its design. Ill be sticking with it, very tunable. Dont always need the latest kit.

Agreed - and just the reason I wanted to let everyone know of the killer price on their site. It's hard NOT to justify a new car for around $200.

Official announcement is up in Schumacher website.

Carbon wishbones are gone, back to basic plastic. Twin point steering, but no double joint axles in the package. Price is rather high at 499 Euros, not tempted to upgrade right now.

.. after looking over the parts list .. it again appears to be largely a new platform.. Looks like some of the smaller bits ( F/R Hubs, Caster Blocks, Driveshafts ) will transfer over from the EVO but nearly all else is new.. Diff, spool, arms, bulkheads, bumper molds, belts, top decks, chassis, etc are all new... It'll likely be easier and less expensive to purchase new than try to convert .. IMHO
