I would go GRP or Sweep.

I've been thinking about it, still need to finish the fab work on the upper deck. It's been windy and rainy here in Oly Wa. I'm about ready to pull the beast out of the box very soon!

So ive been going through this thread for a couple days and I'm curious, does anyone track this kit? This entire thread is about speed runs. it seems there should be a completely separate thread for what actually works on the track. From 55 pages I've gotten the high speed gears need to be done. I haven't even tracked this car yet and was curious what it takes to remedy this vehicles shortcomings.

You would probably like the Team C GT8L thread as it's the same car and all they talk about is track racing. Hope this helps! If you got the pro version you are almost ready for the track out of the box. Just need some sweeps or GRP tires and tune your setup for the track you run on and your driving style. If you got the rtr then you need to start buying pro parts. Hope this helps! Sorry about all the speed run talk as I kinda started it all on this thread.

Plenty of high speed guys use the ofna/team cause it's a great platform, can take a beating and has plenty of room for big batteries with its dual battery tray.

If you need more info on track setup etc, like Jstall mentioned. Head over to the GT8L thread. I picked up alot of useful info, just ignore the nitro content lol.

Anyone who have and use the GT2Ve/GR8LE at all?

I just got my self a second hand one and it came with a beaten up Audi R8LMS body (real shame it's beaten up as it was real nice looking when new. Anyway I want a new body for it plus a few other bits and bobs to make it run. I'll post some pics in a few days of the chassis should anyone want a peek.
