HSP 1/10 Scale Help.

Default HSP 1/10 Scale Help.
Alright guys, i just got a HSP Flying Fish 1 and it seems that i cant accelerate,but i can turn the wheel on the transmitter, and it responds. Is there any help out there? Do i need to get some replacements? Helps are much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

maybe its time charge the batteries
