The votes by BigBrother, OB-one, No Gas, HiperRBx12 and RX7Yok will not be counted.

You guys need to know that registering extra accounts to manufacture votes will NOT be tolerated. We have access logs here, and 5 new accounts in 15 minutes from the same computer all voting for the same body is a definite foul.

Let's keep this fair, OK?

In fact, I am going to modify the rules slightly to prevent this sort of abuse. Only votes from accounts registered before the creation of this poll will be counted. These guys worked hard on these bodies, so let's give them all a fair chance.

I think that deserves a disqualification from the contest!

Wo, and I thought we were all tied at 14. Could you please give me the email address of the 3 that voted #2 using the same ISP? I want to know if the email is someone I Know. The moderatior should have my email to send it to me. THanks.

I agree.. I didn't see a $100,000 grand prize posted. This is supposed to be a contest of your abilities and should be won on your merits as a hobbiest and not on your abilities to make up false votes or beg other for them. This is our hobby and we all share the same passion for it so lets try and keep things on the up and up.

I came from the hobby of R/C Helis where the paint contests they had were more serious and the artists showed their pride in their work and left it at that and didn't have to beg or cheat!

At the same time, I would hope that the contestants are in no way associated, work for, etc with either KTHOBBIES.com or RcTech.net. I believe it would put a biase on the outcome. MY 2-Cents.

None of the contestants are, to my knowledge, affiliated with KT Hobbies or R/C Tech in any way, other than being registered users here.

I can't disqualify people since there is no way to prove that the contestant in question was the one registering multiple accounts. I could, for example, create 5 new accounts and all vote for Contestant #X, but that does not mean that Contestant #X endorsed my behavior.

I will, however, go through the results closely to make sure that nothing abnormal is going on. I have looked at the current standings and who voted for what and most of the users are recognizable names, so I don't think we'll have a problem.

Keep at it, guys.

...Even if they were, which nobody to my knowledge is, it should not make a difference on the outcome.

Untill everyone started saying "vote for me # X " everything was fairly anonomous, and it is the members who are the factor in the voting.

Instead of us choosing which we thought was the best, we left it up to everyone to choose.

It's too bad that some people feel the need to take advantage of that.

I voted for #26 because it looks flawless in paint and design.

Default Cheating

a) we know who you are and if you are the same person voting over and over and b) all accounts registered after the deadline of the contest will be included in the final count. So please stop making our job harder by doing one of those two things.

I think that is the answer to solving the cheating problem. I would suggest that the votes from users who registered before the start of the contest should count and none there after. Or, take the top 3 vote getters and have the adminstrators make the final 1, 2, and 3 positions. Just a thought! What do you guys all think?
