Default New to on road

So im looking for a new rc and i havent had a on road rc since my ntc3 back in the day. Now these are the two rcs i am considering tc4 club racer or a ofna gtp2e (i think its called) now for the tc4 i have a traxxas brushless system from my rustler vxl and for the ofna i have a spare mamba monster 2200kv........out of the two which will be more fun to drive and also which one will be the most reliable and have the strongest drive train

All i do is parking lot bash

on road cars are pretty durable...but will break everynow and then.

Is it possible to convert the tc4 club racer to the tc4 factory with the carbon fiber chassis?

yes...but not really needed unless you just like the look of the FT TC4

at the price of getting the FT parts with a TC4 Club...just get a TC6.1 or a used Tc6...

Those two cars are as different as night and day, there really is no comparison. The TC4 is 10th scale based design and the GTPE is an 8th scale heritage. The plastic composite delicate design compared to the beefy overbuilt is simply no comparison. 2s versus 4s.....
Really I see nothing to compare.
added edit.....
Since you are an admitted parking lot basher I think you would have a lot more fun with the GTPE. It's 8th scale you'll need a good esc ($60) and a bigger battery ($50) Way stronger, twice the power.... it's gonna cost a little more in the long run but it's wicked fun on 4s. Smash the snot out of a puny TC4. ; )
