T.O.P. PHOTON EX
#902
Servo: 44g
Transponder: 10g
receiver : 6.5g
speedo : 36g
Motor : 165g
Fan : 10g
Right side:
Battery : 305g
All the wires are shortened as much as possible, so I gues their weight should be no more than 20 or 30g.
With this layout, the left-right balance is ok with the battery side seem to be 5-10g heavier
Any suggestions?
Dimitris

Nothing new since last time: Servo and alloy suspension mounts, plus 3g from transponder = app. 39gram.
Everything else seems fine

Our T.O.P. titanium screws aren't bad, and a good value but there are no screw kits for the cars from T.O.P. I'll see what we can do to put one together for US consumption.

Hi
I would like to know when/if ECS (DCJ) will be available ? More importantly (since other brands of DJCs might fit anyway), when/if TOP will make c-hubs with a large opening for the DCJs.
I know people use xray c-hubs but I don't like the idea of mixing brands much when it comes to suspension parts.
Also, when/if TOP will make rear hubs with outboard toe in in them. (0.5 or 1 degree)
Sorry if the info is already available, I read the last pages of the thread but maybe I missed some of it.

There is always lead weights.... but honestly, can you really feel 5-10 grams? I only tell on my F1 car, but just barely.

Had my first few runs with my Photon EX yesterday and I'm definitely loving this car! Everything was carried-over from my old photon car set-up-wise and this car obviously had more traction.. Had to stand-up the front shocks one hole and it was perfect.. The easy access to the pinion is a plus! Good job TOP!
