Nice pics Jim. Be sure to watch out for those aluminum front bones. You'll want steel or some ecs solution instead...

I'm not sure why folks like the heavier alum center pulley. It is a bit unnecessary. I've run a photon in stock and mod since October 2010 without any issue...

Right now the light rear springs really help the car rotate. Adding bars would only stiffen it up. U might want to find some even lighter springs to run bars..

It could be helpful. You could also take a dremel to the stock lipo stiff chassis to help reducescrub. Why dont u post on the old photon thread... we can discuss over there.

Because we race on asphalt with lot little stones. A stone cost me A main position because I had the plastic one, and I could most likely finished in podium on that race . Won B main but that cost me any chance on the championship

try more front camber, or try just a touch less rear camber. just .5deg can make a world of difference.

I have switched Roll centers to medium. It has really helped the car on High bite carpet. Im getting a lot more corner speed and consistency with it.

when you say more camber do you mean increasing to the positive or increasing to the negative?

First. try just a little less in the rear. It can make a big difference

Second. just a little more in the front.

My car has 1.5 front 2.5 rear

Have the kinks been worked out with the EX yet? (Slop in bellcranks from bearings, leaky rear diff, sub-par screw hardware) Looking to upgrade from my original Photon but could wait if the EX still needs sorting out...
