Rayspeed Honda is a bit less agressive than Ride Honda, good for high bit track with one-way.

Hi guys,
I was wondering what the different between the Ride Accord type B (RI-196) and the standard Accord (RI-195) is. Is ti the wiright or did they redesigned it to give more downforce on i.e. the nose of the car? What wing suits best for large tracks: Flap or Yokomo?

The ride type-B is for more flowing, larger tracks, so it has a more stable body design that generates more downforce. In standard levels of grip the yokomo wing is the best bet, however in very high grip the Flap will be better(hara used it at the 2005 TITC)

Really? I think higher downforce means higher drag. You don´t want this on a larger track.
Regarding the Flap wing you´re right. But Hara usually runs a Xenon wing, not the Yokomo wing like others. Moore does the same.

the rear deck has a space in between the wing posts notched out and the molded-in rear deck wing is more prominent. the front lower lip sticks out more like a mazda 6.

In fact neither Hara, Surikarn or Moore were using xenons or gw31 wings at the TITC, they both appear to have run what I think is the Yokomo curved wing, judging by the one in front of me. It is very sloped, curved as the name suggests and has a small, squarish lump, providing less downforce than the gw31 straight. Can be seen in this pic:http://apartmentinbkk.com/photos/?al...l&img=P1020387

This pic shows all 3 HB cars at the IIC, 'Karn and Andy with xenon type-As, Hara with a gw31. Has anyone found any handling differences between these 2?

Hey guys I am looking for a body other than Protoform's Mazda6.I am going to race this car on asphault with low to medium traction. My car is an FK05 and the class will be 19t on rubber tires. The track dimensions are 160x60 .It is somewhat of a flowing with technical sections in it.Which body and wing selection should I use?And where can I purchase these items?Thank you Rodney.

Yes really looks like the Yokomo curved wing at the first picture.
Until now never tried anything other than the GW3.1 straight wing. Just got a Xenon but yet have to try.

for more aggresive steering go excel accord type II
if you would like more rear downforce use excel stratus type II.

xenon also sells a straight & curved wing. they lack the hump in the middle and can be distinguished by the checkered grid for mounting guidelines.
