NEW X-ray
I spoke to Martin Hudy this weekend at the Team Orion Speed Weekend.
A new Xray is comming verry short. It has a new topdeck and new battery layout. I don't speak english so good .. This is it in german. Maby someone can translate it.
Der gesamte Schwerpunkt und der des Oberdecks wurde deutlich gesenkt.
Die Achsgeometrie vorne und hinten ist komplett neu.
Die Radaufnahme für die Felge wird nicht mehr mit einer Schraube befestigt, sondern konstruktionsbedingt mit einer Mutter - weiterhin alles in Federstahl XRAY QUALITÄT!!!
Die C-Hub Aufnahme und Radträger vorne und hinten sind in neuer Geometrie
Die Aluminiumteile zur Aufnahme der Schwingen sind schmaler, vorne kürzer und hinten länger, daraus ergibt sich ein neues Topdeck mit mehreren Einstellmöglichkeiten, hart/weich.
Die Anordnung der Akkus ist gleich geblieben, aber die Gewichtsverteilung wurde geändert.
Die Chassisteile und das Oberdeck sind völlig neu.
Und vieles mehr! !!!

SWEEEEET! i never really liked the fk05 anyway, looks like the 06 will be what the 05 was supposed to be from the get go, slightly more yoky BD/MSX/cyclone like
by the way a mate who owns a fk05 and a cyclone, recently on a small tight indoor track with rubbers said he felt instantly quicker with the cyclone.

just have to wait for orion to post event coverage on their site..hopefully some pics will be out.
