Hello Mr Shookie,
You are completely correct and I would love to order from
Horizon direct but they do not ship internationally.
So for people outside US a hobbyshop in the US that does shop internationally is the only option.
Ciao,
S

@ Mike + Spillertwo
GM-Racing now has the distribution for all Spektrum products in Germany.
Maybe that helps. Atleast as you have a service then also. But maybe takes some time until they have the units in stock.

@ Spillertwo

If what V12 says is true, give Klaus at HK Modellbau in Hürtgenwald a call. If GM has them then he will have it at his store.

If you need a phone# then pm me.

Regards
Roy

In Belgium, MCM-racing should be able to help you out.
According to Horizon, they are the distributors for the Spektrum in Belgium and The Netherlands.

But Horizon, kinda has problems keeping up with demands, and they had to make some small adjustments since the first batch which also caused a small delay.

MCM has NO in stock, nor will they in the near future.
If you are German you're better of buying in Germany. ITS A LOT CHEAPER!

Hello guys,
I know both the people of HK in Germany, and the people of MCM in Belgium.
Problem is that they will have to wait for the US shipments to Europe to start and I think that, that will be a few months after the delivery in the US starts.
If you look at the succes in the US for the M8 modules I think the Futaba series will go the same way. And by the time they have filled all the US orders, then they will start thinking of Europe.
And I don't won't to wait until 2006
Ciao,
S

Hmm, I also thought of changing my transmitter to M8 or KO as there will be no Spektrum for my current one.
But if there is no Spektrum system available in the next future I also don´t need a new transmitter.

them to my list of trustworthy online shopping stores ?
Thanks,

I had a order with that shop some weeks ago. Took some days maybe because out of stock. But other than that everything worked OK.
I know another guy here from the forum dealing with them on a regular basis and he´s quite pleased.

I'll try to get there on friday to have a look what the fuss is about
Gives me a chance to hi to Olli. Only thing that can stop me is the weather. Prediction is snow for the next 3 days here in Belgium.

Anyway, if i get there i(ll look for the guy with the small antenna (no pun intended)

Hi,

promised to give you feedback.

I think you are not wondering, but i works also perfect in Germany, no prob at the indoor track, will try it, when it will get spring in Germany this year at my nearest outdoor track, where i ever had problems with the old-fashioned cyrstals system.

Still waiting of my other system from sheldon, hope it will come in the next days for my Yokome YRX Pro10 for the ICC Cup !

Have Fun !

Mike
