i was looking to get some rechargeables for my jr xr3 is there one brand that's better then another? And should i get a charger witht hem or is the ac adaptor for the wall that hooks into the jr xr3 good enough? thanks

You cant go wrong with Sanyo. Recently, I bought some POWERhaus 2300 - but they only 2000. Sanyo Twicell garantee you at least 2100, and sometimes better.

GP makes 2300 mah AA batteries for your radio. You can find them on Ebay. I just put a set in my KO radio, and they are pretty nice. I charged them on my Pulsar at 1.0 amp and it took almost 2 hours.
