Since we're talking comedy...

At the Snowbirds this year, 3am on one of those nights that just kinda blended together, I needed some fuses for a charger. I walk into the factory pits and find my friend Steve working and talking to Billy Easton (who has this big smile on his face). So I say "Hey Steve, do you happen to have any fuses I can bum?" Steve turns around wearing swimming goggles. I tried my best to keep a straight face, but between the lack of sleep, Steve being funny, and the look on Billy's face I couldn't stand it.

So yea, the Losi pits are full of comedy.

Default Spool Parts

I have been trying to find the page where somebody had posted all of the part numbers required to make a spool. If anybody knows what page that was on can you please post it?

Yes it SPC......start with a piston with a smaller hole than you want.
ie: drilled 56.... start with a 57 and drill with a 56 drill bit. This will give you basicly a 56 an a half piston.......I like to use 60's to do any drilling but its up too you.

I went another step further, since I was a bit perplexed by this as well, and even measured screw holes as well as pin holes from side to side. I found those to be off as well. Of course this is assuming the chassis is truely symetrical from side to side. Holes measured were the ones for the front pivot block. So I wonder if the chassis's even have the holes drilled right from side to side. I would like to hear from Todd on this one, if you could. We had one other kit sold and I'm waiting to hear back from that person as to whether or not his is like ours.
We are looking into this. I will get back with a answer in a day or so.
