Speaking of TL-01.. How do i make it more stable? the rear end is so snappy. Ive had this problem before but i drive so irregulary i forget what worked. It got killer turn in tho :P

Try swapping front tires to the rear. Less front camber, more rear. 2deg toe in rear. Wider front, narrower rear width. Level ride height front/rear. If stock front caster, nothing you can do. Makes for a great rally car though

Yesterday I won 17.5 rookie sedan using TC4 with Diggity DC4 upgrade and an HPI FD Rx7 body. It handled on rails, lapped the field, 2nd place had a TC6.1.. My FTTC4 with the Losi DCJ's does very well in VTA too.
Agreed. It was the simplicity, having just enough setup options to get it right, and good inexpensive parts support that brought me to the TC4.

The thing I find really amusing on here, is how many times someone says "the new XXXX 2016 model handles much better than the XXX 2015 model" or have you noticed how many times someone makes a change which really improves the car.
I test things almost every meeting and to be honest probably 70% of the time there is either no difference or the car is worse for whatever reason. Only every now and then I find a true gain.
Sometimes I think it may work on another track but not the one I am racing on.

The ones I find most amusing is when most people initially says the car is so much better, but when the next model replaces it, the same people say it was actually not that good after all and the previous one was better. I think I saw that type of discussion about the TC5, and also about the BD7'16.

There is only one such car.... The tc7.1 shocks were shipped today guys. Hopefully I'll be able to install them before the next club race in 2017...
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year....
I hope to race a box stock tc4 with my tc4.2 someday, just to showcase the improvements... .

Not sure if the question was asked before.
Do you think that a top driver like Keven Hebert (world team associated driver) could be competitive with an older car at those big race.
Example, if you give him a TC4, it will be fun to see if he could follow other top driver.
