Best way to mark out body posts

my body is already painted and i need to find a good way of marking the inside of the shell where the body posts are, ready to be drilled....

trinity makes some body post markers that you put over your body posts that will indent your body where you need to put the holes.

i just use a paint marker and touch the tip of your body posts one end at a time (f/r). it's the same idea as the trinity product, but much less costly and takes less effort. :D

obviously you can't do this with this body, but punching the holes while it is clear is the best way to go. then you can clip it on and cut the wheelwells based on the true wheelbase, not the default molded in lines. once painted the molded lines disappear.

Or you can also hold the car up to the light and mark where the posts are.

Space out the wheels on your car so that they lightly press against the body and center it. Then use the drop of paint on the body post trick.

Those are what I use, only 10 bucks for a set of 4.
