new on road racer! help

Hi everyone, I am new to on-road and was wondering what is he best 1/10 sadan out there? It needs to be realy cheep and if possible, RTR. I was looking at the tc4, is this a good car? thanks!

get what is available at your track. You need to have parts available. If you have the same car as someone else, it will be easier to problem solve.
