does anyone know the difference between the VFS-1 pro and the VFS-1 J?

type of connector - pro has soldier on and J has tamiya type plug

also i know with the older vfs2000 and vfs2000j the j type controller saved some power loeft for your steering when the battery went flat , but i dont know if its the same for the vfs1
