I have just ordered a yokomo cermaic bearing set can anyone please tell me when i first get them do i need to flush out the grease or do they come without grease, will they last longer than normal bearings as the stockys are pretty crappy, do they have metal shield or teflon.

Just put them in the car and run them. You don't need to do anything as they are already very free and in a run or two they will be really good. I have thm in my XXX-S and they are smooth as glass.

Don't touch the Yokomo ceramics before you put them in, they already have a high quality lightweight oil in them.

You still need to clean then out and re-oil from time to time.
