Anyone starting to talk about FF03 rules for Lazer this summer? Oh, and just deal with the screws we're not going to be working on these things much.

I have one. Rules sound good. I mounted an old Alpha body on mine.

Non timed ESC and non timed 17.5 motor you will struggle to get the right gearing in a FF03.

That is why we picked the 13.5 motor for the TITC event in Thailand

Looks like a new bodyshell coming for the FF03

I have seen this shell also made for a M chassis by another company and they look good

The Spec-R gear diff for the FF-03 is apparently now available. Has anyone seen these for sale online anywhere yet? I sent Spec-R an email over a week ago and still no reply.

Try McMaster Carr. They are all over the country and the prices are incredibly cheap compared to what most people pay at the hobby shop. for example, a box of 100 3x10 mm Hex heads or button heads are about $5-6.

Also they have a huge variety of products and tools etc. Sometimes not the cheapest, but you can't beat the convenience or the service. In my area, I can order in the morning and have my stuff in the afternoon or the next day.

Go to www.fastener-express.com their prices are very reasonable. They also have anodized aluminum screws and Titanium and stainless steel screws. The quality is prettty good.
