x2!!! I have every release that came on the FF01 chassis and it would be great to be able to run those bodies again without fear of damaging them. I don't run any of them for fear of breaking the chassis parts either. One thing I do not miss was that JAACS decal set. Hands down has to be thee most difficult decal set ever by Tamiya. Took me a week to finish my Accord and even longer to finish my civic.

These come in a close second, wasn't fun but they came out badass.

Is the civic body going to be the old hatcback and will it have the same amount of detail,or be produced from the original vintage mold?

I still have my limited edition Castrol Primera body. Should have kept better care of it if I knew FF would make a comeback like this.

The one thing I want to know is the drive train components. Will it use the standard spurs or a proprietary one(the part# for the optional spur is a new one). But if there is an alum spur gear adapter, I assume it will be like the other tourers. Also, the ball diff, I'm guessing it will be like the M05 one. Would be nice if the gear box used a belt system to minimize parts and the "Tamiya sound".

I think the diff will be thant of the new TRF 2WD buggy hence the 3/32 inch diff balls.

Nice to see the width is 185mm an not 190mm. More to scale.

Superb!

Tamiya sure knows how to feed your addiction. Been suffering from it for more than 25 years now...

TAMIYA is the brand of many of our lives, right guys???

Cheers,

The Pro is a good looking car!
I think I will be ordering one from Japan!

Now the big question is will there be a class for these cars or is it only going to used for TCS races.

I hope it becomes a new class...this looks like a lot of fun! I hope TCS rules stick with FWD bodies and keep the speeds lower. If they release an Accord (6th gen please)...I'd be tempted to get one! At least release a TSX or Civic Si(or type R).
